Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

BUILDING ACT 1972 (REPEALED) - SECT 6B

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, amend the applicable standard.

    (2)     An amendment is a disallowable instrument.

Note      A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act 2001 .
