BUILDING ACT 1972 (REPEALED) - SECT 51H

Obstruction of Territory

A person shall not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct or hinder the Territory or any other person in the exercise of the Territory's powers under section 51A or 51B.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
