WORKERS' COMPENSATION RULES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 37 OF 1991) - REG 3

3. (1) The Principal Rules are amended as set out in Schedule 1.

(2) The First Schedule to the Principal Rules is amended as set out in Schedule 2.

(3) The Second Schedule to the Principal Rules is amended by omitting from subclause 1 (8) “the Fourth Schedule” and substituting “Schedule 4”.

(4) The Third Schedule to the Principal Rules is amended as set out in Schedule 3.
