TOBACCO REGULATIONS (NO. 11 OF 1991) 


TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      Citation  
   2.      These Regulations commence on 1 May 1991.  
   3.      In these Regulations—“Act” means the Tobacco Act 1927.  
   4.      For the purposes of subsection 6 (2) of the Act, the following form of statement is prescribed:
