TRANS-TASMAN MUTUAL RECOGNITION (TEMPORARY EXEMPTIONS) REGULATIONS (NO. 4 OF 1998) - TABLE OF PROVISIONS 1. Citation 2. These Regulations commence on the day on which section 46 of the Commonwealth Act commences. 3. In accordance with section 8 of the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997, the following laws are, for the purposes of section 46 of the Commonwealth Act, declared to be exempt from the operation of the Commonwealth Act to the extent that they deal with articles of electrical equipment: TRANS-TASMAN MUTUAL RECOGNITION (TEMPORARY EXEMPTIONS) REGULATIONS (NO. 4 OF 1998) - REG 1 Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Temporary Exemptions) Regulations.
