Citation
     These regulations may be cited as the Taxation Administration
Transitional Regulations.

Commencement
     These regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 March 1999.

Amendment of s 78 of the Taxation Administration Act
     Section 78 of the Taxation Administration Act 1999 is amended by
omitting "a tax law" and substituting "this or any other
Act".
