STOCK DISEASES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 26 OF 1991) - TABLE OF PROVISIONS 1. Commencement 2. After regulation 3 of the Stock Diseases Regulations the following regulation is inserted: STOCK DISEASES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 26 OF 1991) - REG 1 Commencement 1. These Regulations commence on the day on which section 16 of the Stock Diseases (Amendment) Act 1991 commences. Insertion STOCK DISEASES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 26 OF 1991) - REG 2 2. After regulation 3 of the Stock Diseases Regulations the following regulation is inserted: Prescribed law defined "3A. For the purposes of subsection 11A (2) of the Act, 'prescribed law' means each of the following as amended and in force from time to time: (a) the Stock Diseases Act, 1923 of the State of New South Wales; (b) the Stock Diseases Act, 1968 of the State of Victoria; (c) the Stock Act, 1990 of the State of South Australia; (d) the Stock Act 1915 of the State of Queensland; (e) the Stock Diseases Act of the Northern Territory; (f) the Stock (Brands and Movement) Act 1984 of the State of Tasmania; (g) the Stock (Brands and Movement) Act, 1970 of the State of Western Australia; (h) the Stock Diseases (Regulations) Act, 1968 of the State of Western Australia; (i) any regulations made under any of the abovementioned Acts.".
