STAMP DUTIES AND TAXES REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 23 OF 1995)

1. Commencement  
2.   In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Stamp Duties and Taxes Regulations.  
3.   After regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

2.  In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Stamp Duties and Taxes Regulations.
 Insertion

STAMP DUTIES AND TAXES REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 23 OF 1995)

3.  After regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is inserted:
 Prescribed corporations
"3A.  For the purposes of section 49D of the Act the following
corporations are prescribed:
         (a)     Sepon (Australia) Pty. Limited;
         (b)     ANZ Nominees Limited;
         (c)     Permanent Trustee Company Limited;
         (d)     Margaret Street Nominees Pty. Limited.".
