Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on 1 July 1991.

2.  Regulation 3 of the Small Claims Regulations is amended--
     (a)     by omitting from paragraph (a) "$20" and
substituting "$25"; and
     (b)     by omitting from paragraph (b) "$50" and
substituting "$55".
