SUPREME COURT (REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 21 OF 1997)

1. Commencement  
2.   In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Supreme Court (Remuneration and Allowances) Regulations.  
3.   Regulation 1 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "and Allowances".  
4.   Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended--

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

2.  In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Supreme Court (Remuneration and Allowances) Regulations.

     (a)     by omitting subregulation (2); and
     (b)     by omitting from the definition of "day" in
subregulation (3) "or allowance".
