Commencement
     These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the
Gazette.

RATES AND LAND RENT (RELIEF) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 25 OF 1998)
- REG 2
Substitution
     Regulation 3 of the Rates and Land Rent (Relief) Regulations is
repealed and the following regulation substituted:
"3.      Rate of interest
     For the purposes of subsection 23 (3) of the Act, the prescribed rate is
16.5% per annum.".
