PUBLIC HEALTH (MEAT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 12 OF 1994) - TABLE OF PROVISIONS 1. Principal Regulations 2. These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette. 3. Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the definition of "Licensed meat vendor". 4. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (1) (a). 5. Regulations 4 to 6 (inclusive) of the Principal Regulations are repealed. 6. Regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "Licensed". 7. Regulation 13 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "licensed". 8. Regulation 19 of the Principal Regulations is repealed. 9. Regulation 20 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) "licensed meat vendor or the holder of a Permit to sell Prepared Meat Goods fail" and substituting "meat vendor fails". 10. Regulation 21 of the Principal Regulations is amended-- 11. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is repealed. PUBLIC HEALTH (MEAT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 12 OF 1994) - REG 1 Principal Regulations 1. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Public Health (Meat) Regulations. Commencement PUBLIC HEALTH (MEAT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 12 OF 1994) - REG 2 2. These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette. Interpretation PUBLIC HEALTH (MEAT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 12 OF 1994) - REG 3 3. Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the definition of "Licensed meat vendor". Conditions applicable to meat sold PUBLIC HEALTH (MEAT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 12 OF 1994) - REG 4 4. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (1) (a). Repeal PUBLIC HEALTH (MEAT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 12 OF 1994) - REG 5 5. Regulations 4 to 6 (inclusive) of the Principal Regulations are repealed. Construction of butcher's shops PUBLIC HEALTH (MEAT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 12 OF 1994) - REG 6 6. Regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "Licensed". Responsibilities of meat vendor PUBLIC HEALTH (MEAT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 12 OF 1994) - REG 7 7. Regulation 13 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "licensed". Repeal PUBLIC HEALTH (MEAT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 12 OF 1994) - REG 8 8. Regulation 19 of the Principal Regulations is repealed. Source of minced meat and prepared meat goods PUBLIC HEALTH (MEAT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 12 OF 1994) - REG 9 9. Regulation 20 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) "licensed meat vendor or the holder of a Permit to sell Prepared Meat Goods fail" and substituting "meat vendor fails". Cleanliness and construction of areas used for preparation of meat PUBLIC HEALTH (MEAT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 12 OF 1994) - REG 10 10. Regulation 21 of the Principal Regulations is amended-- (a) by omitting from subregulation (2) "the last preceding subregulation" and substituting "subregulation (1)"; and (b) by omitting from subregulation (4) "the last preceding subregulation" and substituting "subregulation (3)".
