1. Commencement  
2.   In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Poisons and Drugs Regulations.  
3.   Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations is amended--

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

2.  In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Poisons and Drugs Regulations.
 Schedule 3

POISONS AND DRUGS REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 22 OF 1995)

3.  Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations is amended--
     (a)     by inserting before the item relating to Clomiphene the
following restricted substance and class:

      
      

"Acitretin

specialists practising in the field of dermatology or specialist
physicians"; and

     (b)     by inserting after the item relating to Dinoprostone the
following restricted substance and class:

      
      

"Dronabinol

medical practitioners authorised by the Secretary of the Department of
Human Services and Health of the Commonwealth".
