Commencement
     These regulations commence on 1 July 1999.

Principal Regulations
     In these regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the
Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations.

Citation
     Regulation 1 of the Principal Regulations is amended by adding at the end
"1947 ".

Premium rates
     Regulation 16 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from
subregulation (2) "$133.50" and substituting
"$107.50".

     Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting Part 2
