MOTOR VEHICLE (THIRD PARTY INSURANCE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 13 OF 1989) 

- TABLE OF PROVISIONS

1. Commencement  
2.   In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations.  
3.   Regulation 16 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) "$195" and substituting "$155".  
4.   The First Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting Part II and substituting the following Part:

1.  These Regulations commence on 12 June 1989.
