MOTOR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS AMENDMENT (1999 NO 16) - REG 3

    Before regulation 26A the following regulation is inserted in Part IVA:

“26AA     Definition for Part IVA

    In this Part—

"taxi" includes a private hire car.”.
