MOTOR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 42 OF 1997) 

- TABLE OF PROVISIONS

1. Commencement  
2.   In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Motor Traffic Regulations.  
3.   The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting before item 1 of Part I the following items:

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Section 150G

Parking, on residential land, a stock truck or semi-trailer, or a vehicle
whether loaded or unloaded, that--
               (i)     exceeds 3.6 metres in height; and
               (ii)     is used for commercial purposes

Section 150H

Parking a heavy vehicle on land adjoining residential land for a period
exceeding 1 hour

Section 150J

Parking, on residential land containing a multi-unit development, a
commercial vehicle (whether loaded or unloaded) that--
         (a)     exceeds 6 metres in length;
         (b)     exceeds 2.6 metres in height; or
         (c)     has a GVM exceeding 3.75 tonnes
