1. Principal Regulations  
2.   Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) "analysing" and substituting "analysis".  
3.   Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) "analysing" and substituting "analysis".  
4.   The heading to Part 3 of Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "ANALYSING" and substituting "ANALYSIS".  
5.   (1)  The following provisions are amended by inserting "or her" after "him":

1.  In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Regulations.

5.  (1)  The following provisions are amended by inserting "or her" after "him":
Subparagraphs 3 (2) (a) (ii) and 6 (2) (a) (ii) and paragraph 10 (2)
        (d).
(2)  The following provisions are amended by inserting "or
she" after "he":
Paragraphs 10 (2) (a) and (b) and 10 (3) (a) and (b).
(3)  The following provisions are amended by inserting "or
her" after "his":
Paragraphs (b) and (c) of Part 2 of Schedule 1 and (b) and (d) of Part 2 of
Schedule 2.
