FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS DUTY REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 29 OF 1992) - REG 1

Regulation 3 of the Financial Institutions Duty Regulations is amended by adding at the end of subregulation (1) the following paragraph:

“; (e)     an account kept by a registered financial institution on behalf of The Trustees of the Canberra Public Cemeteries”.
