ESSENTIAL SERVICES (CONTINUITY OF SUPPLY) REGULATIONS (NO. 5 OF 1995) 

- TABLE OF PROVISIONS

1. Citation  
2.   These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.  
3.   In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears--"the Act" means the Essential Services (Continuity of Supply) Act 1992.  
4.   For the purposes of the definition of "essential service" in section 3 of the Act the following are essential services:

Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Essential Services (Continuity of Supply) Regulations.
 Commencement

 Prescribed essential services

4.  For the purposes of the definition of "essential service" in section 3 of the Act the following are essential services:
         (a)     the supply of reticulated water;
         (b)     sewerage services.
