ELECTRICITY AND WATER (MODIFICATION) REGULATIONS (NO. 24 OF 1995)

1. Citation  
2.   These Regulations commence, or shall be taken to have commenced, on 1 July 1995.  
3.   Section 33 of the Electricity Act 1971 is modified--

Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity and Water (Modification)  Regulations.

2.  These Regulations commence, or shall be taken to have commenced, on 1 July 1995.
 Modification of Electricity Act

ELECTRICITY AND WATER (MODIFICATION) REGULATIONS (NO. 24 OF 1995)

3.  Section 33 of the Electricity Act 1971 is modified--
     (a)     by omitting ", without the written permission of the
Authority or of a person authorized by the Authority"; and
     (b)     by omitting "an officer of the Authority authorized by
it" and substituting "a person authorised by the Chief
Executive".
