(2) Regulation 3, in so far as it inserts references to "Flunitrazepam" and "Remifentanil" in Schedule 1 and Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations as amended by these Regulations, commences on 19 June 1998. DRUGS OF DEPENDENCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 20 OF 1998) - REG 2 Principal Regulations In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Drugs of Dependence Regulations. DRUGS OF DEPENDENCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 20 OF 1998) - REG 3 Substitution Schedules 1, 2 and 3 of the Principal Regulations are repealed and the Schedules set out in the Schedule to these Regulations are substituted.
