DANGEROUS GOODS REGULATION (AMENDMENT) (NO. 7 OF 1999) - REG 16

    Clause 374 of the Applied Regulation is amended—

        (a)     by omitting paragraph (1) (e); and

        (b)     by adding at the end of subclause (1) the following paragraphs:

    “(k)     refusing to grant a purchaser's permit; or

        (l)     to grant a purchaser's permit subject to a condition.”.
