CORONERS REGULATIONS (NO. 28 OF 1994)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      Citation  
   2.      These Regulations commence on 1 August 1994.  
   3.      In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—“Act” means the Coroners Act 1956.  
   4.      These Regulations apply in relation to a death that occurs on or after 1 August 1994.
