CANBERRA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY REGULATIONS (NO. 15 OF 1994) 

- TABLE OF PROVISIONS

1. Citation  
2.   These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.  
3.   In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears--"the Act" means the Canberra Institute of Technology Act 1987.  
4.   For the purposes of subsection 7C (2) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $500,000.
