CASINO CONTROL REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 45 OF 1994)

1. Commencement  
2.   In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Casino Control Regulations.  
3.   After regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified on the Gazette.

2.  In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Casino Control Regulations.
 Insertion

CASINO CONTROL REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 45 OF 1994)

3.  After regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is inserted:
 Junket--prescribed amount
"3A.  For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of
"junket" in subsection 3 (1) of the Act, the prescribed amount is
$5,000.".
