2.  Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting
subregulation (4).
 Repeal
3.  Regulations 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the Principal Regulations are
repealed.
 Schedule 1
4.  Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is repealed.
