BOXING CONTROL REGULATIONS (NO. 26 OF 1993)

1. Citation  
2.   (1)  Regulation 1 and this regulation commence on the day on which these Regulations are notified in the Gazette.  
3.   In these Regulations--"the Act" means the Boxing Control Act 1993.  
4.   For the purposes of the definition of "boxing contest" in section 3 of the Act, the kick boxing contest, display or exhibition at the Albert Hall, Commonwealth Avenue, Canberra on 10 July 1993 promoted by Gregory Martin Hinton is a prescribed contest, display or exhibition.

Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Boxing Control Regulations.
 Commencement

2.  (1)  Regulation 1 and this regulation commence on the day on which these Regulations are notified in the Gazette.
(2)  Regulations 3 and 4 commence, or shall be taken to have
commenced, as the case requires, on 10 July 1993.
