2.   Regulation 3 of the Boxing Control Regulations is amended--

Commencement

1.  (1)  This Regulation commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.
(2)  Regulation 2 commences, or shall be taken to have commenced, as
the case requires, on 2 July 1994.
 Prescribed contests, displays and exhibitions

BOXING CONTROL REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 23 OF 1994)

2.  Regulation 3 of the Boxing Control Regulations is amended--
     (a)     by omitting from paragraph (c) "and"; and
     (b)     by inserting after paragraph (d) the following
paragraphs:
     "(e)     at the Turner Police and Citizens' Youth Club, McKay
Gardens, Turner on 2 July 1994 promoted by the Canberra Police and
Citizens' Youth Club; and
         (f)     at the Jamison Inn, Bowman Street, Macquarie on 15 July 1994 promoted
by Ringside Promotions;".
