ANIMAL WELFARE REGULATIONS (NO. 12 OF 1993) - REG 9
9. (1) A member holds office as a part-time member.
(2) A member holds office for such period, not exceeding 3 years, as is
specified in the instrument of appointment.
(3) A member may be re-appointed.
