WORKERS' COMPENSATION (AMENDMENT) (NO 13 OF 1996)

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Workers' Compensation (Amendment) Act 1996.  
   2.      This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Workers' Compensation Act 1951.1  
   4.      Section 15F of the Principal Act is amended—
