TERRITORY OWNED CORPORATIONS - SECT 4

4. Section 22 of the Principal Act is amended by—

(a) omitting from subsection (1) “4 months” and substituting “the prescribed time”;

(b) omitting from subsection (4) “15” and substituting “6”; and

(c) inserting in subsection (5) the following definition:

“ ‘prescribed time' means the time fixed under section 11 of the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 1995 or, if that time has been extended in accordance with that Act, that time as extended;”.
