3. The following Acts are repealed:

Canberra Institute of the Arts (Amendment) Act 1988 ;

Mental Health (Amendment) Act 1984 ;

Mental Health (Amendment) Act 1985 ;

Police Arbitral Tribunal Act 1947 .
