REMUNERATION TRIBUNAL (CONSEQUENTIAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1995 (NO 56 OF 1995)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Remuneration Tribunal (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 1995.  
   2.      This Act commences on the day fixed for the purposes of subsection 2 (2) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995.  
   4.      The Acts specified in the Schedule are amended as set out in the Schedule.
