This Act may be cited as the Real Property (Consequential Provisions) Act 1993. Commencement 2. (1) Section 1 and this section commence on the day on which this Act is notified in the Gazette. (b) Omit "on that original instrument, on its duplicate in the Register Book, and on each relevant endorsement on those instruments,". Subsection 9 (2)-- Omit the subsection. Land (Planning and Environment) Act 1991 Subsection 159 (1) (definition of "registered lease")-- Omit "Book". Subsection 229 (7)-- Omit "Book". Legal Aid Act 1977 Subsection 31A (9)-- Omit "Book". Presbyterian Church Trust Property Act 1971 Subsection 27 (1)-- Omit the subsection, substitute the following subsection: "(1) The Registrar-General shall, on application by the Trust, make such entries in the Register kept under the Real Property Act 1925 as are necessary to give effect to section 8.". Rates and Land Rent (Relief) Act 1970 Schedule 1 (Form 1)-- Omit "Book". Rates and Land Tax Act 1926 Paragraph 23 (2) (c)-- Omit "Book". Real Property (Conversion of Titles) Act 1967 Subsection 9 (1)-- Omit "accordance with the form in the Third Schedule to the Principal Act", substitute "a form approved by the Registrar-General". Subsection 12 (1)-- Omit "Book". The Schedule-- Omit "Book". Real Property (Unit Titles) Act 1970 Section 8-- Omit the section, substitute the following section: Formal requirements "8. A units plan shall be in accordance with-- (a) Forms 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 or such of those forms as are applicable in the circumstances of the case, or a form approved by the Registrar-General; and (b) the requirements set out in the Second Schedule.". Paragraph 11 (c)-- Add at the end "and". Paragraph 11 (d)-- Omit "and" (last occurring). Paragraph 11 (e)-- Omit the paragraph. Paragraph 14 (1) (d)-- (a) Insert "folio of the Register in relation to the" after "each". (b) Omit "and" (last occurring). Paragraph 14 (1) (e)-- Omit the paragraph. Subsection 28 (1)-- Omit "duplicate". First Schedule (Forms 1, 2, 6 and 7)-- Omit "Book". Unit Titles Act 1970 Section 5 (definition of "registered")-- Omit "Book".
