REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES (AMENDMENT) ACT 1991 (NO 47 OF 1991)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Amendment) Act 1991.  
   2.      This Act commences on a day fixed by the Minister by notice in the Gazette.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Act 1963.1  
   4.      Section 34 of the Principal Act is amended—
