PUBLIC TRUSTEE (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 2) 1991 (NO 91 OF 1991)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Public Trustee (Amendment) Act (No. 2) 1991.  
   2.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Public Trustee Act 1985.1  
   3.      Section 65A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting “Divisions 1 and 3 of Part IX” and substituting “Divisions 1 and 2 of Part IX”.
