PUBLICATIONS CONTROL (AMENDMENT) ACT 1991 (NO 72 OF 1991) 


TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Publications Control (Amendment) Act 1991.  
   2.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Publications Control Act 1989.1  
   3.      Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   4.      After Division 1 of Part II of the Principal Act the following Division is inserted:
