OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY  (No 58 of 1992)

- TABLE OF PROVISIONS

1.   This Act may be cited as the Occupational Health and Safety (Amendment) Act 1992.  
3.   In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1989.1  
4.   Section 36 of the Principal Act  is amended by omitting "more than 20" and substituting

1.  This Act may be cited as the Occupational Health and Safety (Amendment) Act 1992.
 Commencement
2.  (1)  Sections 1, 2 and 3 commence on the day on which this Act
is notified in the Gazette.
(2)  Section 4 commences on 1 July 1993.
