OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY - SECT 1

1. This Act may be cited as the Occupational Health and Safety (Amendment) Act 1997.

Commencement

2. (1) Paragraph 4 (a) and section 10 commence on a day fixed by the Minister by notice in the Gazette .

(2) The remaining provisions commence on the day on which this Act is notified in the Gazette .
