62. The Executive may, on the recommendation of the Council, make regulations for the purposes of this Act.

63. (1) The Council shall cause a review of—

(a) the operation of this Act and the Act of each other participating jurisdiction that corresponds to this Act; and

(b) the extent to which the object set out in section 3 of each such Act has been achieved;

to be undertaken as soon as possible after the fifth anniversary of the commencement of that corresponding Act of the Commonwealth.

(2) The report of the review is to be tabled in the Legislative Assembly within 12 months after the fifth anniversary of that commencement.
