NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL - SECT 29

29. The nominee of the Chairperson of the Council is to be Chairperson of the NEPC Committee.

Procedures of NEPC Committee

30. (1) Meetings of the NEPC Committee are to be convened at the request of the Council or by the Chairperson of the Committee in accordance with procedures determined by the Council.

(2) The procedures to be followed at a meeting of the NEPC Committee are to be determined by the Committee.
