MOTOR TRAFFIC (ALCOHOL AND DRUGS) (NO 58 OF 1993)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) (Amendment) Act (No. 3) 1993.  
   2.      (1) Section 1 and this section commence on the day on which this Act is notified in the Gazette.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Motor Traffic (Alcohol and Drugs) Act 1977.1  
   4.      Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   5.      Section 26A of the Principal Act is amended—  
   6.      Section 32 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   7.      Section 35 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (3) all the words after “refund of” and substituting “the fee or any part of the fee paid on the grant of the licence”.  
   8.      Section 40 of the Principal Act is amended—
