MOTOR TRAFFIC (ALCOHOL AND DRUGS) - SECT 4
4. Section 26A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (f) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(f) the prescribed penalty for that offence
were, for the purposes of that section, that prescribed by the Motor Traffic
Regulations ;”.
