MOTOR TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT  (No 88 of 1991)

- TABLE OF PROVISIONS

1.   This Act may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Amendment) Act (No. 2) 1991.  
2.   In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Motor Traffic Act 1936.1  
3.   Section 180A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (1).  
4.   Section 192 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (2) "$500" and substituting "$2,000".  
5.   Schedule 6 of the Principal Act is repealed.
