MOTOR TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT 1990 (NO 4 OF 1990) 


TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Amendment) Act 1990.  
   2.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Motor Traffic Act 1936.1  
   3.      Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (1A) (c) and substituting the following paragraphs:
