MOTOR OMNIBUS SERVICES (AMENDMENT) - SECT 13 13. Notwithstanding the amendment effected by paragraph 6 (c) of this Act, the painting or marking of a sign to which subsection 4A (3) of the Principal Act as in force immediately before the commencement of this Act relates, is to continue to be taken to have been authorised by the Minister under paragraph 4A (1) (a) of the Principal Act as amended by this Act.
