MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) - SECT 5

        (a)     by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:

“(2) For the purposes of paragraph (1) (d), the bailiff may enter and search any premises where the bailiff suspects the person to be, using such force as is necessary and reasonable.”; and

        (b)     by omitting “ (2) ” from subsection (2) and substituting “ (3) ”.
