LONG SERVICE LEAVE (BUILDING AND - SECT 9
9. Section 19B of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (1) “Building and”.
Powers of the Board
10. (1) Section 19C of the Principal Act is amended by
omitting from subsection (1) “may” and substituting
“shall”.
(2) The amendment effected by subsection (1) shall be
taken to have commenced on 1 July 1990.
