LONG SERVICE LEAVE (BUILDING AND - SECT 4
4. Each of the following provisions of the Principal Act is amended by omitting “Chairman” (wherever occurring) and substituting “Chairperson”:
Subsection 3 (1) (definition of “Chairman”), paragraph 8 (1) (a)
and subsections 13 (1), (3) and (4).
